Refund policy
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, wherever you are in the world. No questions asked.
To start a return, use your order page where available, or email us and we'll help. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, let us know and we'll put it right. We'll cover the return shipping, or send a prepaid label where practical, and refund you in full, including the original delivery cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel at no cost any time before your order is dispatched. Just contact us.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or proof that it's on its way. Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra business days. If it's been longer than that, please get in touch.
EU, EEA and UK customers
You also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If you cancel within that period, we'll refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery as well as the price you paid. You can cancel by email, by using the model form below, or by sending any other clear written statement.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including rights to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods. Nothing in it limits or replaces those rights.
Model cancellation form (EU, EEA and UK customers)
You don't have to use this form. A clear email works just as well.
